HOW WE WORK: INSTALLATION OF STEEL WATER TANKS

THE PROCESS

1. SITE SURVEY
Before starting any project, we conduct a study of the site condition to ensure safety, smooth delivery, ease of accessibility including unloading of goods and tank plinth condition.

2. DELIVERY
Prior to delivery, we will provide a Pre-Delivery Inspection Report (PDI) and a Booking Confirmation (BC) to advise client on the readiness of material, goods and packing condition before stuffing and delivery.

3. INSTALLATION
To safeguard client’s safety policy, we prioritise the health and safety of our installation team. To ensure this, personnel are DOSH-qualified or trained to work in confined space.

4. COMPLETION SLIP
In order to keep our client informed of the progress, our site engineer will submit a completion slip form once the tank is completed.

5. WATER-TIGHT TEST
Once the completion slip is approved and the water-tightness test completed, client will be informed of the water-tightness test and once completed an acknowledgement slip will be presented to client for approval. The tank is then ready for commission.

FACTORY TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

1. MANUFACTURING

Each manufacturing process is closely monitored by our QC team to ensure each panel is manufactured to the required standard. Each panel is also serial-coded to help track the quality consistency and traceability.

2. TESTS & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Prior to delivery, panels will go through a hydrostatic test to ensure the performance of panels, sealants and bolts & nuts. Each galvanized panel will also be tested with an elcometer to ensure micron coating comply to ISO1461:2009 standard.

3. PACKING & QUANTITY ASSURANCE

Each Sectional Panel for the Tank will be labelled and colour-coded for the ease of identification and time efficiency during unloading and installation at site. This will maintain high quantity accuracy for smooth installation. Tank panels will then be palletized with steel straps to ensure safety during transportation and handling. The panels can also be packed for safety and suitability depending on the mode of transportation.
